The Mission of Operation Unity is to provide high-quality programs to teenagers by utilizing our Kibbutz Programs and related activities. Operation Unity uses the model of successful Israeli Kibbutz systems as a vehicle to change the lives of youth.
These programs emphasize empowerment through the development of the following skills and core values:
To empower the youth to reduce their negative perceptions, develop strong friendships, and learn new communication systems.
To establish a sense of community for the youth and how their actions affect the entire community.
To develop leadership and oratory skills for the youth through coordinated speakers programs for schools, youth groups, religious institutions, and other community organizations.
To facilitate learning through relationships with peers and healthy families.
